Job Description
The ideal candidate for this position possesses many qualities including energetic, organized, happy, professional, and resilient, but above all he or she is a problem solver. Key Responsibilities
- Enter New Client Information
- Manage Existing Client Data
- Manage the Client Contracting Process
- Manage Client Issues and Concerns
- Follow up with Carriers for Status
- Email our clients with updates
- Answer multiple line phone system (back up to receptionist)
- Engage with Clients and Help with Customer Service
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 2 yrs office related work experience (annuity or investment related experience preferred, but not required)
- Able to solve problems w/o constant supervision
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must have a Great Attitude and Possess a Customer Service Mentality
- Must Work Well Alone and within a Team
- Superb Communication Skills
