Job description

FocusKPI, Inc. is looking for a Part-time Administrative Assistant to work for our client.

Work Location: Remote
Duration: 8 months

Responsibilities:

  • Collect leads from partner companies from marketing activities for reporting
  • Use our website editor to add in-person events and webinars to our website
  • Give people access to our marketing platform
  • Field requests for client speakers to join external events
  • Assist the team in small ad-hoc tasks to keep us organized and efficient
  • Provide high-level administrative support by handling information requests and performing clerical functions
  • Maintaining records and management systems
  • Prepare reports and other documents
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including emails
  • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries

Qualifications:

  • 2 years related experience required; experience working in a large tech. company preferred
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Gmail and Salesforce
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time
  • Ability to keep information organized and confidential
