Discovery Behavioral Healthcare is looking for a Dynamic and energetic team player who enjoys collaborating and multi-tasking in a fast-paced front office environment; With enthusiasm to promote and abide by the Mission, Values and Goals that our company upholds.

• Maintain cordial, respectful, and professional relationships with clients and co workers.
• Demonstrate proficiency in administrative, clerical, and other administrative functions.

• Ability to perform reception, scheduling, and other record management activities.

• Must have knowledge of HIPPA and the understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
• Computer competency including Microsoft Windows, Word, and other routine software with the ability to learn other programs as needed.

• Excellent and professional people and phone skills including the ability to interact with mentally ill or emotionally disturbed clients respectfully and positively.

· High School Diploma required. Experience preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
