We are digital marketing agency looking a talented Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. We see this position as a key role and we're looking for a team player that can bring fresh ideas to the table. This is a contract to hire position.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for CEO
- Email management and organization.
- Prepare presentations and/or spreadsheets.
- Work with leadership to document company structure/workflow/processes.
- Manage a contact list/CRM management
- General administration (data entry, file management)
- Calendar Management
- Processing invoices
- Supports team projects and team members as needed.

Qualifications
- The right candidate will be energetic, savvy and flexible, while possessing the necessary skills and experience to successfully carry out the responsibilities of the job
- 3 years’ previous experience handling assistant or administrative responsibilities, or experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, Gusto and Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Slides, etc.)
- Experienced preferred in Asana and Slack
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
