We have an excellent non-permanent opportunity for an Administrative Assistant (AA4) with impeccable attention to detail in the Central Regional WorkSource office. This Non-Permanent position is anticipated last up to one (1) year. And, you would be able to work from any of our Central Region offices such as Union Gap, Sunnyside, Wenatchee, Omak, Moses Lake or White Salmon.

As the Central Regional Administrative Assistant, you will be working on behalf of the Regional Director and Regional Operations Manager and the Administrators by coordinating regional approaches in developing strategic activities on behalf of the region. Engaging the regional leaders in supporting the budget, reports, training staff, meeting Human Resources deadlines and coordinating training for all Central region staff. This will include preparing for those meeting by developing agendas and handouts; documenting, providing, and maintaining meeting minutes. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you will be expected to prepare review, and maintain correspondence, reports, forms and documents for signature.
Some of what you will be doing:
Conduct routine administrative activities and communications.- Monitor information, requests and internal assignments to ensure timely completion.
- Assist in administrative projects and business process assignments.
- Review budget and disseminate information in line with the Regional budget goals
- Lead regional projects and initiatives.
- Develop monthly reports to provide to regional leadership
- On Boarding new staff, provide training and support change management activities
- Complete all HR paperwork and coordinate timelines.
- Act as liaison between HR and staff.
- Ensure payroll processes are accurate and timely; support the use of the agency payroll system.

Additional Requirements of Employment:
This position is based in a WorkSource location and requires in-person attendance with no option for full-time telework.- Must be able to pass an Unemployment Insurance (UI) Claim & Benefit Information Review.
