We are seeking one motivated individual to join our team part-time as an Administration Generalist in South Portland, ME!
This role performs a variety of responsible administrative functions that may include assisting human resources, office & clerical duties, accounts payable and/or accounts receivable, and other administrative functions as needed.
Our preferred schedule will be Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, but we can be flexible.

This role performs a variety of responsible administrative functions that may include assisting human resources, office & clerical duties, accounts payable and/or accounts receivable, and other administrative functions as needed.

Job Duties:
- Answer office phones and route calls as needed
- Process incoming mail
- Assist with A/R and A/P
- Order new hire uniforms
- Organize and maintain uniform stock room & track uniform inventory
- Create and maintain employee files
- Assist with projects and initiatives as needed
- Assists with new hire orientation
- Assists Human Resources as needed
- Maintain quarterly newsletter
- Manage yearly Veteran pin program
- Data entry
Working Hours:
- Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (plus additional hours as needed)
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Some college preferred
Experience Requirements:
- 3-5 years professional experience in an Administrative Setting preferred

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., pager or phone).
- Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
- Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

- Maintaining composure in dealing with authorities, executives, clients, staff and the public, occasionally under conditions of urgency and in pressure situations.
- Must undergo and meet company standards for background and reference checks, controlled substance testing, and behavioral selection survey.
- Required ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Computer usage which may include prolonged periods of data entry.
- Handling and being exposed to sensitive and confidential information.
- Regular talking and hearing.
- Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
- Close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
