Responsible for maintained company’s HRIS applications and modules. In charge of maintaining updated the system, making recommendations, and implementing improvements, ensuring data integrity and quality, and preparing and analyzing employee’s data reports. Serves as the subject matter expert providing recommendations and implementing optimizations in the performance of HRIS. Serves as the primary liaison and point of contact with the service provider(s) of the HRIS used in the Department. Addresses diligently and responds to inquiries and requests for employee service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Oversees and maintains optimal function of the HRIS, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.
  • Design all custom ad hoc reports and resolve all queries and ensure all data accuracy and integrity.
  • Prepares operational reports and refers them to the Department's management according to the format and established time. Performs comparative analyses of employee data ensuring that the data referring to management for decision-making process is accurate and correct.
  • Serve as a primary support point of contact for users of HRIS system, including users, managers, and employees.
  • Programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.
  • Manages and provides response to all HRIS issues and ensures compliance to timeframe and provide efficient feedback to all system enhancements and provide training for all system processes.
  • Identifies system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions.
  • Optimize HRIS processes, integrate new software, and perform diagnostic tests.
  • Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for users.
  • Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.
  • Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR and other operational areas in HRIS integration projects and other systems (both internal and external).
  • Assists in audit processes, as assigned, according to the Department's operational needs. Ensures timely compliance with the requested data's delivery, quality, and accuracy.
  • May serve as a back-up to the HRIS Technician, as necessary.
  • Complies fully and consistently with the company's standards, policies, and procedures and the local and federal laws applicable to our industry, business, and employment practices.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration.

Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of proven work experience as in HRIS Administrator or similar role. Extensive experience in analyzing HRIS and HR performance metrics and developing and analyzing reports, documenting processes, as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits. Proven working experience managing ADP Workforce Now and E-Time.

Other: Advanced proficiency in database management and security, as well as running ADP queries. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with advanced working knowledge of Excel. Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in HRIS Analysis. Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
