We are looking for an enthusiastic and efficient Accreditation Manager to join our growing team! This position is responsible for accreditation of our facilities, credentialing, developing policies and procedures, training staff, and ensuring compliance of all clinics and surgery centers. This role is based out of Scottsdale, AZ and will require occasional travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply knowledge of healthcare delivery, clinical care coordination, and quality improvement/management procedures.
  • Develop policies and procedures for surgery centers.
  • Support various departments in the development of documents/processes to ensure compliance with AAHC, AAAASF, ACHC, JCAHO accreditation standards.
  • Work closely with clinic Practice Administrators and clinical team members to plan and prepare for accreditation.
  • Assist with delegation oversight audits and coordinate corrective action plans to ensure compliance with all state, federal, contract and accreditation requirements.
  • Provide routine reports regarding problem-prone areas, action plans, etc.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills/problem solving techniques for conceptualizing, interpreting, developing, and implementing effective systems and processes.
  • Communicate with a high level of knowledge, professionalism, and with confidence during formal Accreditation processes.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.
