Job Summary:Account Receivables Specialist

As a Vegetation Management Firm, we partner with Utilities and Governmental Agencies to support fire mitigation, fuel reduction, and utility line clearance. This position plays an integral role, ensuring successful and efficient Invoicing to AR practices.

Job Type:Full-time

8am to 5pm Mon- Fri (In Office)

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Work with General Foreman to ensure we receive all logs a supporting documentation on time, completed and efficient.
• Coordinate with customers your weekly account status and any holds, pending items, or rejections.
• Create invoices according to internal practices and submit invoices to customers requirements
• Ensure all invoices are accounted for properly in months revenue

. Verify and audit accuracy of invoices and supporting documentation to the customers

• Maintain and update internal production reports demonstrating job completion vs your invoicing submittals. Continue to monitor what’s late, pending, rejected, and not visible.
• Identify aged invoices and coordinates with team and customer to manage ageing diligently
• Research customer discrepancies and amounts with the assistance of field production reporting
• Copy, file, and retrieves documents as needed for accounts receivable
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, motivated self-starter, and ability to function as team player
• Sense of urgency to maintain A/R department standards
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities, and meeting company deadlines & standards
• Experience in MS Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Familiarity and/or experience with QuickBooks preferred

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Customer Service required

. Project planning experience preferred

. AR experience 2 years minimum

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
