Sun Mar Healthcare is seeking an experienced, professional Accounts Receivable Field Resource to support our Southern California Facilities. The Company is a long-term care advisory and services organization for 24 skilled nursing facilities and 1 assisted living facility. Sun Mar Healthcare has been in business over 30 years. Its function is to provide a broad array of services for health care facilities, such as providing human resources, marketing, clinical, accounting and other services for owners and/or operators of long-term health care facilities. Job Summary
The AR Field Resource is primarily responsible for providing training and support to the facility staff related to Accounts Receivable related issues. Must have 5 years SNF Billing experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.· Travel between assigned facilities to train and support business office staff.
- Complete audits as assigned to ensure compliance with Federal and State rules and regulations

Minimal Qualifications Education and/or Experience
Education High School or Equivalent
*Must have 5+ years of experience in hands on SNF Billing and claims follow up
- Excellent analytical skills to understand and complete reports
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, highly-motivated, self-starter
