Position: Accounts Receivable Clerk

Status: Full-time Reports to: Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Position Summary: This position will be responsible for all actions related to cash receipts and accounts receivable activities including but not limited to collecting and posting payments, lockbox postings, ACH payments and online payments. Job duties also include generating reports and assisting with accounts receivable inquiries. Should also possess excellent customer service and communication skills to assist clients that submit payments in person. Great attention to detail, profound analytical skills and accuracy is essential to the success on this position.

Position Requirements: College degree with emphasis in accounting, business, finance and/or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
