As an Accounts Receivables Clerk, your responsibilities will include preparing, posting, verifying and recording customer payments, creating invoices, maintaining and updating customer files, identifying delinquent accounts, creating reports, researching customer discrepancies, reconciling accounts receivable on a monthly basis, and assisting the Accounting Manager in reconciling revenue accounts.
To be successful in this role, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software programs, the ability to operate related office equipment, the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail. A High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, along with two years of relevant education/experience.
