Accounts Receivable/Billing (Part Time)
The Accounts Receivable (Billing) will support Manufacturers Reserve Supply in the accounts receivable department. The individual in this position will be responsible for preparing invoices, sending monthly statements and scanning paperwork.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Prepare, verify and process invoices

· Enter data on invoices and ensure proper coding on documents

· Researching and resolving discrepancies

· Prepare monthly customer statements

· Provided back-up coverage and support for the Accounting Department as needed

· Ensure communications and actions are in alignment with our mission, vision and culture

· Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other team members

· Adhere to all Company policies and procedures

· Perform various other duties and special projects as assigned

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

· 2 + years relevant experience in accounts receivable

· Proficiency of MS Office and Accounting Systems

· Excellent time management and organizational skills

· Must be able to learn quickly, have a strong attention to detail and be self-motivated

This is an onsite position

EDUCATION

· HS Diploma or Equivalent

· Associate’s Degree in related field a plus
