**Please note this is a Hybrid role. The chosen candidate must be willing to work in our Bothell Washington office 4-5 days per week in the first month, and 2-3 days per week thereafter.**

What You Will Be Doing:

• Handle the full accounts payable cycle from receipt of invoices to payment, including matching booking numbers, entering the invoices into the accounting system including coding invoices, and processing payment
• Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to, including vendor approval and invoice processing
• Responsible for imaging and record retention of all accounts payable documents, including invoices and payment confirmations
• Manage vendor relations and build effective partnerships
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Assist team with capturing support for audits, including pulling documentation
• Investigate and resolve problems associated with processing invoices
• Research and resolve a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning account status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate persons
• Perform special projects or other duties as assigned

• USTO Suppliers in the US, Europe, and select other countries

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related area or equivalent work experience
• 2-3 years of related accounts payable work experience
• Knowledge of accounting principles and standard methodologies
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Solid understanding of GAAP and IFRS
