• Accountant - The Woodlands, TX
• ASD Lighting Corp is a rapidly growing lighting manufacturing company, and we are looking for an individual to be part of this exciting growth. We offer opportunities for advancement, and a friendly supportive working environment.
• Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years accounting experience with a focus in Accounts Payable.
• Accountant Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Manage incoming AP emails and approvals
• Entering AP for payments
• Processing AP Payments in the bank, credit cards and Epicor
• Email vendors remittances
• Maintain vendor old and new vendor entries
• Communicate with vendors via emails and phone calls pertaining to AP inquiries
• Maintain accurate files in regards to all invoices, receipts, and other customer billing documents
• Assisting freight and warehouse departments with credit applications for new vendors
• Accountant Qualifications: 2 years minimum experience of high load AP data entry
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Fast-learner, results-oriented, curious person who wants to grow and develop with our company
• Must possess attention to detail and punctuality
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work well under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Self-motivated and the ability to multi-task in a team atmosphere
• Must have excellent organizational and follow-up skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
