We're partnering with a Global Talent Representation Agency in Beverly Hills in their search for an Account Payable Coordinator!

This role is in-office 3 to 4 days per week - you'll report to an AP Manager and work with an AP Lead and an AP Clerk.

You ideally have about 4+ years of AP experience setting up vendors, coding and inputting high volumes of invoices (150+/-), and responding to inquiries. You must be detail-oriented with strong Excel skills (Vlookups/Pivot Tables).
