About the Company seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk:
- Beginning with the career of one stylist in the early 1980's, this company is thriving today
- While they, like many service companies, did experience a setback in early 2020, they are coming back strong
- The company's stylists have been featured in Harper's Bazaar, Vogue, French Vogue, New York magazine, and Town & Country
- This position reports directly to the CFO and would have great exposure in the accounting process
- Hybrid working schedule
- Accessible via MBTA or by car with their own parking lot
Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk:
- Checking and entering supplier invoices
- Cutting and sending checks
- Working with suppliers to resolve invoice/payment issues
- Reconciling cash receipts
- Filing and recordkeeping
- Helping out with office administration
Background Expected of the Accounts Payable Clerk:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or experience equivalent
- Recent graduates considered
- 1-2 years' experience processing Accounts Payable (internship experience included)
