TempExperts is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support Accounts Payable and other accounting duties for a Leasing Center in Orlando.

$23/hour

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Processing a high-volume of requests for funding via check, ACH, and wire; printing payment checks to appropriate office location(s)
• Scanning and organizing expense check invoices into daily electronic storage file; updating and maintaining accurate documentation and records on all invoices and payments
• Researching vendor payments and providing file documents and performing end-of-day reconciliation for checks and uploading of process check batches
• Maintaining and distributing check production schedule and ensuring check batches are processed in accordance with the daily schedule
• Performing general ledger reconciliation
• Researching and resolving reconciliation differences and variance errors
• Vendor invoice processing
• Supporting the Tax and Accounting Teams with reporting and analysis
• Updating the company’s software daily with accounting reports
• Assisting the tax team with personal property tax renditions, invoice payments, abatements, sales tax returns, and business licenses
• Validating asset taxability in applicable applications
• Processing vendor invoices for manually created assets
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience
• Two years of related experience in bookkeeping, vendor invoice payment and management, and/or automobile leasing
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Efficient time-management and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Computer savvy
