We are a Hospitality Design and Install company, and that hospitality is felt in everything we do. We have career opportunities in a range of positions and are currently seeking an Account Payable and Sales Tax Specialist.

We are seeking a candidate who enjoys a challenge and has natural problem-solving skills. Applicants must have effective, articulate and cultivated communication skills, both written and verbal. Our ideal new team member bust be motivated, creative and assertive, with an eye for detail. Passion for consistency, accuracy, integrity, and honesty is a must.

Skills and Qualification include but are not limited to the following:

· Solid understanding of sales tax license management with many points of nexus

· Ability to organize and update current state tax rates and payable authorities

· Ability to determine taxable sales for both products and services across jurisdiction

· Understanding of special, home rule, transportation and use tax

· Motivation in collecting, recording and storing sales tax records

· Ability to process three-way matching for quotations, purchase orders, and bills

· Ability to allocate itemized bills to multiple jobs

· Ability to meet and exceed accounts payable payment schedules to maximize term discounts

· Able to record and measure prompt payment discounts received as a result of performance

· Ability to reconcile vendor statements

· Ability to multi-task and problem solve

· Ability to communicate and escalate requests when asked

· Ability to follow up and request assistance when needed

Core Competency requirements include:

· QuickBooks Enterprise Contractor or equivalent ERP system experience

· NetSuite ERP wholesale / manufacturing or equivalent experience

· Microsoft 365 Suite experience including Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint

Ideals candidates will also have some or all the following experience(s):

· Sales tax and accounts payable experience for a contractor or wholesaler

· AutoQuotes experience

· Experience in new ERP integrations, data management and migration

· Experience in accounting for the restaurant and hospitality industry

· Experience with portal pay applications

· Experience with multiple billing methods

Compensation: $26 - $29 per hour

Hours: 7:30a-5:30p Monday through Thursday & Friday 8am-12pm
