Job description

The successful candidate will supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable associates and approve the release of all accounts payable transactions for payment ensuring all the checks and balances are in place. The accounts payable supervisor will be required to step in on more complex payable issues as needed.

Requirements:

• Associates Degree minimally in Accounting or Finance
• Three plus years of processing accounts payable from matching documentation, obtaining approvals, coding, and releasing for payment
• Must possess excellent computer skills including MS Excel at an Intermediate level minimally
• Previous supervisory experience preferred but not required. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced person to move into a supervisory level
• Must enjoy a high-paced environment where the days go by quickly!

Compensation:

This direct-hire opportunity is a salaried role paying up to $64,000 based on relevant work experience. An excellent benefit plan is available. The employer is a well-established company in the Clarence area.
