Job Title: Accounting/Bookkeeper

Job Types: Full-time

Reports To: Finance Manager

Compensation: Non-Exempt/Hourly

Our company is currently seeking a Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our Finance team! This role requires a solid functional knewledge and strong understanding of the accounts payable processs and accounts recevible process and ability to function in a fast paced environment along with being proactive and multitasking.

Ensure effectibe, efficient and accurate financial and admistrative operations. Punctuality and excellent attendance, is a must. Ability to respond to common inquirires, concerns or compliants from vendors or customers efficiently. Interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationship with vendors/customers.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that payables and receivables are entered into QuickBooks corretly regularly
• Ensure that all proper documentation is attached to payable and receivables.
• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
• Compute and record numerical data
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and administrative duties
• Cost Accounting
• Maintaining ledger
• Interact with Operations team
• Other duties assigned by management

Qualifications:

• 1 - 3 years equivalent combination of education and working experience in accounting.
• Previous working experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• Cost accounting experienced
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• General Ledger

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $26.00 per hour
