We are hiring for an accounting clerk in the city of Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Our client is looking for someone open to working in the office or from home when needed. Schedule is 8am to 5pm Monday - Friday; flexible to start earlier or later.Will start with Accounts Receivables:
Online Banking
Remit
Invoices #'s
Post Payment
Enter payment
Send emails to clients that missed payments
Then Will start with Accounts Payable:
Bills come in electronically
Download PDF's
Post Bills and match to PO#'s
#YORKSP
Must have great math skills
Ability to follow instructions
8AM-5PM Monday - Friday
Flexible to work from home when needed
Computer Skills:
Net Suites
Shared Google Drives
