Our Accounting Clerk position is primarily responsible for providing Accounts Receivable and clerical support within our Accounting Department.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor incoming payments
• Execute financial transactions in our accounting software
• Coordinate and distribute client invoices
• Ensure accuracy and completeness regarding client billings
• Verify discrepancies and resolve client billing issues
• Follow-up on past-due invoices
• Confirm release of funds from insurance companies

Education/Skills

• 2+ years of accounting experience required
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
