What You'll Do
The Accounting Clerk is responsible for various accounting and administrative activities to support the accurate and timely completion of agency financial statements. Areas of responsibility include matching invoices to purchase orders and/or vouchers, data entry and assisting in the regular processes of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. The Accounting Clerk is expected to provide support to the Finance department and the agency that is relevant, timely, accurate, and exceeds customer expectations.
What You'll Need
Required: High School Diploma/GED and a minimum 2 years of full time related experience. An equivalent combination of experience and education may also be considered. Related experience includes accounting, accounts payable, and general ledgers.
Preferred: Associates degree in a related field and at least 1 year of professional experience.
