***UPDATED***Penmac Staffing is now hiring for a part time accounting position in the Joplin area. This clerical/accounting position at a logistics firm in Joplin, MO. Experience is a plus, but not required. Monday – Friday. 7:30am – 4:30pm. $15 per hour. MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED
Duties:
- Performing accounting duties such as AR and AP
- Answering phone and interacting with customers
- Using computer programs to schedule loads and create reports
- Calling clients to schedule loads
- Be fully vaccinated
- Have 2 year's experience in accounting or bookkeeping
- Have excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work as part of a team
- Have an keen eye for detail
- Be well organized and efficient
- Have computer
