We are looking for a dynamic person who wants to develop their skills in a company that researches, develops, designs, and produces the Next Generation of optical-based systems

Starting from $2,500, based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Accountant with creating and editing financial documents
• Organize the bookkeeping processes of the company
• Evaluate financial budgets and track expenses
• Reconcile financial books including incoming and outgoing funds
• Use bookkeeping databases, spreadsheets and software
• Receive and record vouchers, cash and checks
• Enter debits and credits into software applications and databases accurately
• Produce a variety of reports including income statements and balance sheets
• Check for accuracy in reports, figures and postings
• File invoices, P.O. and other documents
• Data entry, invoices and P.O. generation

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Previous experience in similar position (2 years at least)
• Good computer skills with a knowledge of common bookkeeping and spreadsheet programs (Excel)
• Experience with QuickBooks Online
• Experience working with an inventory management system like SOS
• Fluent in English
• Great communication skills.
• US citizen or green card holder.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
