Pointe Group Care, LLC is in search of an Accounting Assistant at our corporate office in Stoughton. The candidate will provide support to the Finance Department. This is a full-time position with generous benefits and a competitive salary.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with Accounting team
  • Responsible for processing of vendor invoices for payment
  • Resolve issues with vendors and personnel relating to accounts payable
  • Able to handle and maintain confidential material on a routine basis
  • Ability to meet deadlines while multitasking
  • Self-starter with a high level of detail orientation
  • Capable of working independently
  • Prepare and monitor cash receipts
  • Assist with other accounting functions as requested

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Effective communication skills required
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong sense of urgency combined with close attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizational skills required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
