Accounting Assistant
Job description
Must have experience in Oil & Gas Accounting, Bank deposits, writing checks, accounts payable, monthly financial statements, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets, general ledger. Must know QuickBooks and Excel. Will handle personal books for the CEO and work closely with him as his assistant doing research on O&G investments and will also do books for 4 other smaller companies, write emails and other correspondence as needed.
This is an in-office job, not remotely. Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Salary commensurate with experience. Small company, professional and friendly, family atmosphere, professional office attire required, semi-formal offices. Great benefits.
