The Role
The Accounting Assistant with work closely with the CFO to support accounts payable, accounts receivable, daily reconciliations and assist with billing questions. Major Responsibilities

• Process premium payment receipts on a daily basis
• Generate payment reminders and notices
• Bank reconciliations
• Invoice filing and coding
• Answer general billing questions
• Process and mail checks
• File payments
• Help with special accounting projects

Requirements for the Role

• 1 – 3 years experience in an office setting
• Possess a willingness to ask questions
• Initiative and self motivation
• Strong customer service skills
