As a growing investment holdings company that evaluates various business opportunities and manages the accounting processes for many organizations, we are searching for a team member who will add value by applying solid accounting, Excel, and analytical skills to a wide range of business endeavors and alternative investments. Perfect position for a recent college graduate, ideal candidates will possess the following:

Responsibilities

• Creating and editing financial documents.
• Process AP, AR, month-end financial preparation, and bank reconciliation.
• Organize workflow and produce database summaries, statistics, and reports/data extracts as requested.
• Diagnose problems using established fact-finding procedures and knowledge of processes and procedures.
• understand the inter-relationships that exist between the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Statement of Cash Flows.
• Know how to build forecasts, projections, and financial and investment ratios based on various applied assumptions and scenarios.
• Provide support to tasks such as data entry, summarizing and preparing reports, and assisting with presentations.
• Preparing reports that detail business performance metrics, including revenue growth or decline, profit margins, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Support financial audits as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Public accounting experience preferred.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
• Clear presentation and communication skills.
• A logical framework for problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently.
• Analytical skills.
• Applicants must be fully authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
