ACCOUNTANT - THRIVE RESTAURANT GROUP - WICHITA, KS

PAY RANGE: $60,000 - $70,000

We are looking for an energetic collaborative learner who wants to positively contribute to the Thrive culture and to create value for the organization and operations by helping with the execution and improvement of our accounting and data practices including the accurate and timely creation of financial statements, payables, reconciliations, and business intelligence insights.

YOU’LL ASSIST WITH THE:

• Review and analysis of financial statements, operational reports, reconciliations, etc.
• Creation of reconciliations across all functions of accounting
• Management of internal technology and vendors
• Fixed assets processes
• Initiation of process/technological improvements
• Cross-functional work between various IT, HR and real-estate initiatives and projects

• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the company
• Great organizational skill-set and extreme attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient computer skills including Excel
