Job description
A mid-sized Pediatric group is seeking a temporary Accountant for a two (2) month assignment from December to January to assist with the completion of one of their projects. This is a fully remote position (must reside in NY) where the Individual will be responsible for:
* Assisting with ASC 842 Lease accounting into NetSuite - Right of Use Assets
* Working on correcting an implementation issue - to correct payment schedules
* Individual can expect to read the contract, lifting the financial information from contract to template, comparing to NetSuite lease data in the system currently and making the proper corrections
Education/Experience
* BS Degree in Accounting or related field
* Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Lease Accounting regulations
* Full knowledge of ASC 842 Lease Accounting into NetSuite
* Proficient with Microsoft excel spreadsheets and calculations
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
