LASO Health is a San Antonio-based healthcare technology startup, and our core product - the LASO Health mobile app - is changing the way that people shop for and receive healthcare. LASO gives consumers price transparency, convenient booking, and direct access to specialists. But we are also changing the business of medicine by freeing Doctors, Dentists, and other wellness providers of the administrative burdens of our current healthcare system by directly connecting them with new patients - and revenue
Accountant
This position is responsible for the day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities as coordinated with a third party CPA firm. This position reports to the CFO.
General Description
Performs a full range of accounting responsibilities including data entry to Oracle NetSuite, information verification and analysis, report preparation, bank and credit card reconciliations, ad hoc reconciliations.
Job Responsibilities
The job will include, but not be limited to:
General Ledger and Accounting:
- Monthly account reconciliations, including General Ledger research and reconciliation.
- Support preparation of standard and ad hoc management reports.
- All Accounts Payable functions.
- Work on other special projects as needed.

Work Experience
- 2+ years of experience in a bookkeeping position.
Computer Skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience as a user of Oracle NetSuite preferred
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree with a Finance/Accounting major/concentration
- 2 years of experience in healthcare accounting preferred
