Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Financial –
Sustains growth through financial stewardship & fiscal responsibility.
- Supports period-end close activities, ensuring close deadlines are met.
- Reviews and researches discrepancies in general ledger accounts and escalates issues as needed.
- Assists in recording and reconciling company credit card activity and team member reimbursement transactions.
Customer & Community –
Collaborates with customers to understand and deliver customer’s needs & expectations.
- Partners with internal departments to provide information timely and accurately.
- Serves as administrator of third-party systems such as expense reimbursement and company credit cards.
Operational Excellence –
Implements strategies to maximize resources and infrastructure.
- Responsible for the preparation of month-end journal entries in the general ledger.
- Responsible for reconciling assigned balance sheet accounts.
- Responsible for Accounts Receivable and invoicing activities.
- Records fixed asset and leasing activity in accordance with accounting standards.
- Maintains fixed asset listing and reconciliation to the general ledger.
- Responsible for positive pay activities, processing stop payments, and check voids.
- Prepares reports as requested by management.
- Assists with preparation of requested audit schedules and supporting documentation.
