The Account Services Payment Specialist is responsible for processing a variety of payments, funding and reimbursements and will be assigned one or more areas of responsibilty as a primary duty and as well as provide backup to all other areas as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Processing mail daily, including corporate payments.
• Responsible for tax levies, subpoenas, garnishments, and employee reimbursements. Scan as necessary.
• Process Online Accounts Funding using Loans PQ in Symitar. Responsible for balancing the GL.
• Process 945 Tax-IRA Federal Withholding bi-weekly.
• Update or close PFP Insurance accounts.
• Responsible for reporting and handling of Dormant accounts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Prior banking experience is preferred.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from both external and internal members.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions.
• Preference for working in organizations that place priority on teamwork and collaboration.
• Must have excellent attention to detail to assure accuracy in every transaction performed, detect errors, and follow through on corrections of details.
• Problem solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly and in the best interest of REV.
• Must possess technical skills in order to use various software systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
