PBI’s team is expanding! Take advantage of a unique opportunity to join the team as an Account Manager. You’ll be charged with learning all you can about our products and services by working closely with our sales, operations and servicing teams to manage client accounts.

In this role, you will:

  • Have primary responsibility for managing all day to day activities for clients assigned
  • Deliver an exceptional level of customer service in responding to client inquiries
  • Conduct periodic client/account reviews, updates and present them to client teams.
  • Work in collaboration with the Sales team for all new transactions and renewals
  • Conduct periodic training/education sessions for all client accounts
  • Assume additional responsibilities as knowledge of PBI’s business services increases over time

PBI will provide Account Managers with the necessary training to: acquire insights into the markets we serve; learn how our unique products and services fulfill the needs of our client; and develop an understanding of the regulatory environment that exists within our various market segments.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, management, finance or related area
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in a relevant role and/or field
  • Verified skills using the MS Office Software Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook...)
  • The ability to understand complex information, synthesize it, and deliver it (verbal and written) in an easy-to-understand manner
  • An exceptional level of verbal and written communication
  • Demonstrated proficiency in customer service
