What you'll do:

The overall goal of our sales and marketing team is to establish qualified job orders from qualified clients and build long-term relationships with these clients. These relationships should be based on our ability to provide the clients with quality driven staffing solutions and a high level of customer service. A successful sales and marketing program requires a team effort not only from our sales and recruiting team but also from management and all of our operations personnel. The responsibilities of a Scientific Sales Executive are outlines below and are assigned by their Sales Manager:


  • Business development through networking and Horizontal/Vertical Marketing as well as, prospecting.
    • Identify and qualify new Scientific Contract Orders
    • Complete contacts to client’s via phone, in-person visits and email
    • Prospecting new clients and developing “New Contacts”
    • Contacting existing qualified client base on a regular schedule.
    • Electronic and phone presentations.
    • Develop and maintain minimum qualified client base
    • Develop “situational” and creative contact/marketing strategies.
    • Order taking/qualification and entering them into database.
    • Perform D&B financial investigations on potential clients.
    • Establish and evaluate “contract” situations with Management
    • Quality Control follow-ups on current employees.
    • Sales Staff Meetings and idea sharing

  • Duties and responsibilities may vary based on the demands of the client and specific needs in a cyclical environment.

What's required:

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree
  • 1-3 years sales/business development experience, preferably from a Science, Engineering, or Clinical staffing industry
  • Strong Sales Aptitude and Interest
  • Solid history of accomplishments
  • Excellent verbal and relationship building skills
