This highly collaborative role will focus on ongoing communication with the National Account Manager/Sales Manager in support of providing the best-in-class product category. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Data Reporting- Pulling Sales data - both regularly scheduled and ad hoc - for team members (weekly and monthly reporting).
Launch Management
- Submit tickets for product launches, item setup.
- Approve product samples, test product setup.
- Communicate with partner teams on required assets for launching and ensure all necessary asset for launch are received on-time.
- Coordinate seasonal fixtures:
- Timeline, PO submission, planogram setup information, etc.
- Merchant Item Set Up.
- Coordinate development of product website pages on merchant site.
Operational
- Mitigate any cost/retail discrepancies.
- Work with Replenishment to confirm inventory levels and sales strategy.
Merchandising
- Manage merchandising schedule.
- Analyze merchandising reports.
- Submit production requests for merchandising assets.
- Submit asset orders to ship to clubs monthly.
Forecasting
- Provide new item forecasts.
- Work with suppliers and customer on promotional forecasts.
Customer Support
- Submit new items for setup.
- Manage necessary DOTCOM protocols for item assortment.
- Address customer (consumer) services issues.
Qualifications:
- Data Analysis - pulling reports, manipulating data, and curating insights.
- Experience with Walmart and Sam’s Club’s vendor portal (Retail Link, MADRID and Data Sync) a plus - item research and setup.
- Proficient in working with PowerPoint and Excel.
- Managing and tracking project or product development.
- Detail oriented.
- Collaborative, prepared to work with multiple internal and external partners to drive toward goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, marketing, or similar field; or Certified Retail Analyst certificate.
- Able/willing to travel by plane and/or car domestically.
