Miami Management, Inc., is looking for highly-motivated, professional, well-groomed and reliable individuals for Front Desk, Access Control Rover and Concierge positions for some of the best residential properties in Miami-Date and Broward Counties.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greeting residents and guests
- Controlling access to the property (guests, vendors, contractors, etc.)
- Conduct roving patrols of the property
- Coordinating receipt and delivery of packages
- Monitor security cameras
- Ability to handle crisis situations/emergencies (fire, water leaks, accidents, etc.)
- Answer phone in a clear and professional manner
- Ensure work areas are maintained in a clean and professional manner
- Basic computer skills
- Personal skills
- May require some physical activity
REQUIREMENTS:
- Well Groomed
- Self-motivated
- Positive attitude
- Well-mannered
- Respectful
- English language skills - oral and written
- Bilingual skills may be desirable for some properties
- Have reliable transportation
- Punctual, reliable and responsible
