Worthington Industries is hiring 3rd shift skilled and experienced Production Workers at our Columbus Steel facility. New employee starting pay is $20/hour minimum and we pay for experience. In addition to that,

• We pay $1.00/hour shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts
• Offering up to $1500 in sign-on bonuses
• Paying out quarterly profit-sharing checks
• We work 8-hour shifts, Sunday - Thursday and do not rotate shifts.
• Weekend overtime as needed and is paid at time and a half up to 8 hours and double time is paid for anything over 8 hours.

These individuals will be responsible for helping process steel specific to our customer needs in order for them to make a product. Duties include a wide variety of tasks, from material handling, crane operation, forklift operating, problem solving, quality control and other duties to assist with daily operations.

• Possess good problem solving skills and knowledge of safety practices
• Possess a high level of personal accountability and attention to detail
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check
• Must have the flexibility to work off shifts
