Teva is looking to ramp for their Naloxone product, a generic nasal spray of Narcan. This drug is used to save people who overdose on opioids. They are looking to hire production operators to manufacture this product.

POSITIONS
Cleanroom Technicians
Disassembling parts, laying out, inspecting each piece for any drug debris, using disinfectant to clean each part to GMP standards
maintaining a sterile environment by garbing, cleaning, and acting according to the CGMP guidelines for cleanroom procedures
The cleanroom operator is responsible for assembling, testing, inspecting, and packaging medical devices
per work instructions using a variety of assembly equipment, fixtures and test equipment.
- Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures to correctly assemble medical
devices
- Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements of the Biomerics Quality System
- Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, or materials to the Production Supervisor
- Perform manual assembly and visual inspection of medical products
- Complete line clearance, scrap records, training records, and other documentation as required
- Complete routine tasks with minimal supervision
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions
- Work in a cleanroom environment
Shift
Teva West
Training options (roughly first 3 months of work)
- Monday- Thursday 5am-3:30 pm 10 hrs
- Monday- Thursday 3pm-1:30 am 10 hrs
- Friday-Sunday 6am-6pm 12 hrs
Shift will become Weekend Night Shift sometime in Q1 or Q2 of 2023
- Friday- Sunday 6pm-6:30 am
- You work 36 hours you get 40 hours if work your full shift with no attendance issues that week
Breaks 20 min/ 30 min/ 20 min

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Prefers 6 months of manufacturing experience but is not required
- Clean room experience is a huge plus
- Any food manufacturing, medical or automotive experience translates well
- Asking questions
- Reliable good attendance
- Computer skills- heavy documentation and training is done on computers
- Comprehension- Reading and writing- must have attention to detail and take time reading through batch and work orders
- Math skills- Rounding, decimal placement, basic math
- Must be comfortable with wearing PPE at all times
- Standing for a full shift
- Comfortable with GMP requirements and no portable electronics allowed on floor
- Not about how fast or strong but the quality
- Must be a person who will own up to mistakes and not cover up mistakes because that will cost them money. They are okay with mistakes as long as they let lead know immediately
- Reading for quality not speed
DISQUALIFIERS
- Bad attendance
- Not comfortable with standing and PPE
- Not comfortable with cleaning products/smells
- Must be sure of shift- They don’t want to bring people on who want to move shifts, they want people to be flexible though if they are needed on another shift. Once they go direct they cannot change shifts for a year.
DUTIES
- Cleaning is a HUGE part of this role
- Putting machine together, checking work orders/ batch orders/ set up machine/ run machine/ check quality- including measuring and weighing product/ breaking down machine with small hand tools- nuts and bolts/ cleaning all parts per instructions. Documentation is required in between each step of the process
