Earn $21.00/hour to start! We're looking for fun, creative and flexible staff to provide community-based support services for an individual with a developmental disability. We are looking for a part-time and a full-time employee. Staff work one-on-one with an individual to implement unique services and explore and build skills that support increased independence, inclusion, and community engagement. We are looking for someone in Lodi, NY, to work with a young man. Hours are generally flexible, working day shifts, with evenings and weekends available. Mornings could start as early as 8 am. Staff must be comfortable with personal care, such as assisting with a shower and assistance with support in toileting.

Our competitive benefits for staff who work 30 hours or more (full time) include paid sick and vacation time. We reimburse meals, activity fees, and the maximum federal mileage rate of $.655 per mile if you drive your vehicle while working.

Responsibilities

Provide in-home and community-based support for families, including modeling, teaching, skill development, and respite. Must be comfortable providing personal care support with toileting and showering assistance.
Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to meet the agency's approved driver criteria
