Bell is seeking motivated early-career engineers to join our systems engineering team. Strong candidates will have a passion for systems thinking and a desire to learn requirements management, interface definition, and model-based systems engineering. System Engineers at Bell work on cutting-edge aircraft technology with opportunities in the following areas:

• Next-Gen defense platforms
• Drones and autonomous aircraft
• Mission systems
• Weapon systems
• Propulsion and avionics integration

Responsibilities include:

• Developing requirements, specifications and models for aircraft and software systems
• Defining system interfaces, performing risk assessment, and conducting design change analysis
• Participate in program and product reviews for engineering designs and system operations
• Working within multidiscipline teams as the systems engineering liaison
• Working against multiple deadlines in a fast-paced team environment
• Travel up to 10%

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Systems Engineering or similar
• Master’s Degree in Engineering is preferred

Experience

• Must be a U.S. Person
• Must be eligible for obtaining and maintaining a U.S. DoD Secret Clearance
