As an Associate IT Analyst – Integrated Operations you will be a part of the teams at our Headquarters in Fort Worth, TX that supports Integrated Operations functions of supply chain, logistics, and warehousing. Bell is in the process of a significant business transformation activity. The selected candidate is expected to support development and delivery of business-critical technology solutions for, logistics, inventory management, warehouse management and supply chain applications (strategic sourcing / procurement).

You will:

• Be a part of the IT team who will be supporting logistics, WMS, and supply chain applications
• Work with Logistics & Distributions key stakeholders to define scope of projects, and seek organizational alignment
• Work with cross functional teams to align on projects and deliverables.
• Work with peers in IT to design, build, and implement solutions
  • Analyze, design, and test enhancements to new and existing applications.
  • Identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting tasks/assignments.
  • Design system specifications and interfaces for interacting components.
  • Design and develop apps to functional and technical standards.
  • Provide support toward deployment of application releases into production.
  • Create operational documentation.
  • Meet service commitments for assigned deliverables and proactively provide work status.
• Close working relationships with other IT teams (e.g. Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, Cyber Security).
• Close working relationship with Service Providers and Bell customers as appropriate
• Engage with Bell’s business users to communicate capability and build a backlog of opportunities.
• Proactively resolve production problems quickly and effectively.

Qualifications

• Exposure in implementing production enterprise systems
• Exposure working within an enterprise IT organization
• Must have demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Must be articulate, detail-oriented, dedicated and conscientious
• Must have the ability to work independently and as a team member
• Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
• Desire to solve problems with creative technical solutions.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree is required, Computer Science or Information Systems is strongly preferred
• 3.0 minimum GPA is strongly preferred
