We are seeking a candidate with mechanical experience for a maintenance mechanic position in Springfield, MA. This position will also help with safety projects. This is a temporary position.Responsibilities of the maintenance mechanic:
- Assembling, installing, and maintaining machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshooting machinery and performing routine preventative maintenance.
- Cleaning, repairing and installing equipment and parts as needed.
- Assisting with safety initiatives such as putting signs up, installing railings and gates, line painting.
- 1-2 Years of Maintenance Mechanic Experience.
- 1-2 Years of Safety Experience.
- Experience in production equipment maintenance.
