Job description
Our manufacturing client in Troy is looking to hire Production Operators on 1st & 2nd shift for their fast-paced facility.
Shifts: This facility does work Saturdays and Sundays. You MUST be available for Saturdays and Sundays as needed.
- 1st shift - 6am-2pm Monday-Friday
- 2nd shift - 2pm-10pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour (4-month temp-to-hire) Pay increase and benefits upon Direct Hire!
BONUS:
Weekly Bonus: Starting after 1st Full work week
- Work 32-hours, earn a $32 bonus= $17.00/hour
- Work 45+ hours, earn a $80 bonus=$18.00/hour
- $100 Bonus once you hit 60 hours total
Over time: the overtime rate is $22.50 (1.5x of $16.00 pay)
Job Description:
- Loading metal parts into the robotic spot-welding machines
- Work in a very fast-paced environment
- Stand 8-12 hours all shift
Requirements (MUST HAVE):
- 6 months to 1 year of recent manufacturing experience
- Must have work boots or steel toes (slip resistant boots)
