Pacific Coast Attorney Services located in Everett is looking to hire Process Servers as independent contractors. This is a 1099 position. Compensation is in the form of commissions per address starting from $25.00 up to $50.00 or more depending on urgency and location.

Servers have the option of covering particular areas, territories, zip codes, or the entire county. You would be using your own vehicle, smartphone, and GPS device. Additionally, you would be responsible for paying your own taxes (if any) and paying for expenses on your vehicle (if applicable).

This position would be good supplemental income or complement existing income. Total compensation based on commissions and volume of work. It could be either part-time or full-time depending on your designated coverage areas. Bigger the area and for the more densely populated areas would result in greater income.

We’re seeking process servers with actual experience serving papers. Ideal servers would already cover certain areas. They would be adding more papers to their current coverage areas and maximizing efficiency.

This is a driving position delivering and posting legal documents. Very limited close contact with individuals despite COVID times.
