Under the direct supervision of the Lead Housing Case Manager or Director of Client Services for Baltimore City, the Housing Case Manager will provide direct care services and group programming

Responsible for general cleaning the Human Services building and assisting with the clerical duties when the Human Services Secretary/Receptionist is absent.

The Service Technician is responsible for assisting the Service Manager in all areas of property maintenance. Carry out yearly unit inspections.
